America, America
We are planning to come back to the States for Christmas–we’ll be on the East Coast from December 20th until the second week of January. Aidan has been told about this trip, and is really looking forward to it. Every time he hears or sees an airplane, which is often, because we live near an RAF base, he says, “They’re going to MARE-ica!” Today, I asked him what the airplanes were going to do in America, and, as usual, he had several things to say:
“A-goin’ a see GRAMma and GRANpa!”
“‘Ehre’s PRESENTS in Mare-ica”
“‘Ehre’s lots a TOYS in Mare-ica”
“‘Ehre’s Krimmis trees in Mare-ica”
I’d say he’s pretty much got consumerism down, oh dear.

Pretty funny! We keep telling Owen that we are going to take an airplane ride, so every time we leave the house he asks if we are going to “New Gersey?” He had the family calendar down today, looking at all the pictures and naming everyone. It will be fun to see if our boys recognize each other in person after seeing so many pictures. See you soon, Amber

Nice! I must say that Aubree is pretty excited about the trees and presents as well. She sometimes says that it is because of Jesus and his birthday, but that is not that often. Maybe soon? Can’t wait to see you guys. We were thinking about coming on 12/28. Would that work? Looking forward to getting together with the kids.
